 We offer returns or exchanges within 5 days from the delivery date. You can return your product, or a refund to the original payment method. We only replace the items if we sent the wrong one.

The following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

          Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.

          Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.>Sale items are final and cannot be returned and exchanged for refunded.

Possible Reasons for a refund or return products:

         If the customer changed his/her mind, your order has been delivered and you changed your mind about the product and want a refund, you must notify us 2 days from delivery date. Customer must ship the item or products within 7 days upon confirmation by seller and shipping fees in all returns will be shouldered by the customer. Once we received the product in a good condition the refund will be processed within 24 to 48 hours,

          If you decide to cancel your order once placed, give us a valid reason to cancel your order within 24 hours so we could cancel and refund, but there will be charges that we will be charging before we issue the refund.       

         Merchant fees paid via afterpay minus 7% fees of your total order and 4% fees of your total order if you paid by credit/debit card or any other card transaction.

         We packed all the products carefully and securely as possible. If you find any damage in the product please send us a photo or a videos immediately and send it to irsbeauty27@gmail.com and we will get back to you straightaway. If you are eligible we will process refund within 48 hours after we check the products.

PLEASE NOTE: If your parcel is returned to the IRS BEAUTY SHOP because of the incorrect address submitted with the order, the customer is responsible for an additional handling and postage to re- delivered to their address.
